Employment Law
Human Rights Act 1993
Discrimination and Harassment
Any form of discrimination and/or harassment must be taken seriously by an employer. Seeking the assistance of experts in employment law can ensure that you will undertake an appropriate process and meet your obligations as an employer.
Safeguard your workforce by providing a safe and healthy workplace where all employees, workers, volunteers, and related parties are free from discrimination, harassment, and bullying.
The risk of any of these behaviours being present is the impact they can have on staff, which may lead to illness and/or injury (both mental and physical). We work with both employers and employees to resolve issues of bullying and harassment in the workplace. We can provide best practice advice and effectively advocate your position. Should you require our assistance with a discrimination or harassment claim, we can help you to undertake a workplace investigation or provide support in order to achieve your objectives during the process.
